My Bulova watch collection. "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Hello everyone!

Long time reader, first time poster!

Anyway, down to business, I've got a couple of Deco(ish) watches mostly made by Bulova, and I'd though I'd share some of the pics with you!

Nice little Chrome plated number. I rather like this one, love the font on the numbers, and at the risk of sounding like a heathen, I think I prefer the shinny gloss of Chrome to White gold.

Stephen, nice collection!!

It would be wonderful to see you add them to the www.mybulova.com website, especially if you have information on each of them, including their model name. This would help other Bulova owners enormously.

I look forward to seeing more of your collection in the future.

Hiya!

I've tried to upload to mybulova, as I find it's a great site Wink But for some reason it didn't seem to work Frown So I'll post em here!

No idea what the model name is of the above one, but according to your website, this is a Skyscraper,

this one having a shield for 1931, Bulova quality pat Jan.11.1927 1281343 10AN, running but not very well. Note compared to the one on your site, this one:

The Bulova name is higher, and it say's swiss at the bottom of the dial.

I love the steps on the side of the case...

Here's another, probably the earliest I've got:

Again, no idea of the model name.

I think it's a square date for 27, possibly, it's rather obscure..

On the mechanism it's marked 144608 6AF Swiss 15J 4 Adjustments, Unfortunately not running.

On the case it says:Bulova 14k goldfilled American Standard ?at jun.1?.1924 358352176

and I say it's a mans watch, and I don't care what anyone else says!
