Another early Bulova Tank "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Stephen, here is another early Bulova tank you may add to you site if you like. This one has a 9AT movement and has a serial number 413685 on the movement. The caseback has 2078134 under Bulova Quality. Has a very unique leather and stainless steel adjustable clasp. The movement is marked with a symbol just like the first one I posted. Is it possible this one was also made in the same Year? Also caseback is also marked January 1927. Are we sure those symbols on the movements are correct for early Bulova movements to denote year?

Ernest, that looks very similar to the watch I have at home (non working as it needs a new balance wheel). I believe this is 1930s edition Lone Eagle, but the dial looks a little different from the vintage Bulova Ad that I have.

Would appreciate anyone that can confirm the model of this particular watch.

I'll post it to the Bulova Database today.
