Keith: Hamilton made three Perry models.a rather oval one in 1931, a rectangular model in 1948 and a round one in 1962. The 982 movement was a 19 jewel produced from 1934 until 1951. The 987f was produced from 1926 until 1948. Many models normally produced with a 19J 979 were fitted with the 987 as a less expensive option. This info is from Rondeau's Hamilton collectors guide. Hope it is of some use . Don | |||
