Can anyone offer an opinion on Parnis Seagull watches? Been looking at them on ebay.

I think they are a good movement for the price and have used them in a few of my builds. I will say that you need to check the screws though as in every one I received something was loose. But if I had the money I would buy a nice ETA. You can always buy the Parnis for the case and other parts and then swap out the movement for a nice 6497/8 (depending on the second hand location).
