You might want to touch bases with Don's Watch Shop in Sweetwater, TN watch. Don specializes in Accutron repair of all kinds.
http://www.donswatchshop.com/html/contact_us.html I hear from locals that he does an excellent job. I've been in his shop once about 4 years ago, but didn't get a chance to talk to him.
I'd say he'd be able to get you a crystal.
