Is there a member out there that has time to work on a Seiko kinetic that has stopped running? I hope this is the right forum to ask this question. Phil

Hello Phil,

What is the movement/case number? Do you have any idea why it stopped?

Tim.

Hi Phil,

The back of the case has a series of numbers that look like this XXXX-XXXX (ex. 5M43-0449). They can be alpha-numeric and are often scribed in a arch around the perimeter of the case back (sometimes faintly). I'll need to know those numbers. The ones you gave me appear to be the serial number.

Is "Kinetic" printed on the dial?

Tim.

Tim, the numbers are "5M43-0B69". Kinetic is on the dial and also "Titanium sports 100". Thanks, Phil.

Tim Hills has graciously agreed to repair this watch. Thanks to all who looked and to SS, who also offered to give it a look. Phil.
