I know engraved "presentation" watches are not preferred over unadorned versions. I just had to get this one as it was presented by the Elgin watch company itself

Kevin,

There are many presentation watches desired. I have many buyers who seek out odd ones and in my opinion, an Elgin worker watch absolutely increses the value and desire. Great find.

Some presentations are a bit cheesey, however.
I have wondered if Steve was retiring, or going off to war.
