here is the Hamilton Eaton ,,this one is in nice condition not much wear on the case still has a lot of the bulter finish on the back.

Sammie,

Great looking watch, and fantastic photography.

Can you help me with the term "Butler".

I've heard that term regarding a dial, and I've heard it with regard to "brush strokes" (another curious term) on the back of a watch case.

What exactly is "Butler finish"???

Bill i may be using the wrong word,, i guess because the original finish does look like brush marks ,,maybe someone can tell us more..
