Help needed with Very Early Omega "Click" to Login or Register

I found this today and after removing the yellow crystal I thought I'd get some help. Looks very early in Men's wristwatch manufacture, and it is an Omega. Any clue as to scarcity and/or value?

Movement is Omega and is a 0s as near as I can tell.
