Bunn Special arrows in/out question "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Would the arrows-in dial and wine color hands still be appropriate for a Bunn Special in model 1 case, serial number 5,134,xxx from late 1928? I know thgis is the year when Hamilton started to phase out the the earlier arrows-in dial in favor of the bolder arrows-out dial, but I just don't care for that Hamilton look of the newer dial especially with the Hamilton looking blue hands on an Illinois watch. Jus' sayin'.

I think you answered your own question. Because of the "phase in/phase out" situation, either style would be correct for your watch, so choose the one you prefer.

Best Regards,
