Hello everyone I'm in need of some info on this Bunn Special. Serial # does not match up with any data base. # 2299935

Here is what Meggers & Ehrhardt say about the Wording on this Bunn Special.

But check out the serial # range.

The pocketwatch database says it is a size 0.I have
a Bunn Special marked like yours s/n 2895598.It falls within the s/n listed in your post.

The 8 is not stamped all the way. Serial # 2899935 Not 2299935

First time I have seen that.That certaintly appears
to be the case.Is there any way to alter the number
without it being obvious?

Would that like taking a double stamp coin and re-stamping it.

I think I'll leave the misfit how it was born.

Zooming in on the "8" in Rogers watch makes it definitely look like it was stamped with a "2" by mistake. To me anyway.
