H.M.JACOBSON & SON,PHILADELPHIA on dial and movement

17 Jewels,Adusted,Model 6,Grade 64,S/N 1389026=1897
I believe it was once a two tone as there appears to
be remnants of color on movement. Dial has a couple
of h/l's and cracks in the sub seconds. But I think
I can live with that. Any comments welcome

This is the way Private-Labels should be, same signature on the dial and movement authenticates this one as the real-deal.
