Hi all, I could use some help with this one. Its causing me some difficulty as no where has the details listed.

Illinois Bunn Special - 23 Jewel Green Gold
Inside back case info - Model #173 7087350
Serial on movement is 5240974

It belonged to my grandfather and has its original retail box. I need to know more about it, but it has been very hard to find any information.

You have a model 14 Bunn Special. That is a 60 hour Type III. There where 12,000 of this varation made.

The date of manufacture is 1928.
