Thanks Tom: For the information on Charles A. Wilson, here is a photo of him taken from a souvenir program of the 11th Biennial Convention of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Fireman & Enginemen held in Columbus, Ohio from September 14 until October 10, 1908. In the photo it shows him as from Phillipsburg, Ontario. This must be a typo as his earlier career with the B ofLF shows him as a general chairman in New Jersey, on the Central Railroad of New Jersey. Situated at the confluence of the Delaware and Lehigh rivers, Phillipsburg, New Jersey used to benefit from being a major transportation hub, it was served by five major railroads: I. Central Railroad Co. of New Jersey (CNJ) 2. Lehigh and Hudson River (L & HR) 3. Lehigh Valley (LV) 4. Delaware, Lackawanna & Western (DL &W) 5. Pennsylvania Co. (PRR) Larry | |||
