Does anyone know if (and where) a chip by the keyhole can be repaired on an ivory dial?

If its a ceramic or enamelled dial, yes it can be repaired.

I have an address in the UK that I use if you need. Its my ceramic restorer!

But I suspect that you will find someone closer. Let me know if you need the address.

Kind Regards

Thank you, gentlemen. I will have to actually see this potential customer's clock to tell if it is ivory as he claims or enamel. At least I now have some leads. Thanks again.
