I took the liberty to touch up the picture of your movement to enhance its two tone finish, hope you like it, it is a very nice watch.
Jerry, the watch is a beauty...
CARLOS!!! you should be in charge of our Photo Gallery with all that talent. The movement is now GORGEOUS!!!
Very very nice and every bit as attractive as the larger sizes. Thanks for sharing it Jerry!
Lovely watch Jerry.
Who would have owned a watch like that?
We have a word in the UK "Posh" meaning expensive and exclusive.
Would your watch count as that when it was new?
Thanks for sharing it with me
The watch was sold by Sears as a mail order item through the catalogue. The 1911 price was $32.75 to $34.05 depending on the case chosen. Hunting cases were slightly higher. Is that posh? I can't answer that, or guess who would have bought it.
