I was looking at my poising tool and noticed the level is empty , there is a screw on the bottom , my question is are they meant to be re-filled and what type fluid ,mineral oil ?

there is a screw , i think to fill it

I added mineral oil to the level and it seems to work "ok", maybe a little slow , like a thinner fluid would be better

Im thinking it may have contained alcohol.
