I am looking for suggestions on what my be wrong with my watchmaster A-1T. It had been working fine but blew the fuse, after replacing the fuse the ultrasonic action does not come on. The tubes glow but no action in the cups, if I leave it running for 60 sec. or so the fuse blows again.

Thanks for any help I can get.

Just thought I would say I fixed it, tested both tubes & one had a short. I am back up & running.

Glad to hear you got your machine fixed. I have one of those that is not working but a friend who knows electronics checked it out and said the transformer is bad. My question is how did you test the tubes and do you have any insight on the transformer theory? Any help would be appreciated. George

I have tube tester that I used, wish I could help but were are a few states apart. Don't really know about the transformer either, I have worked on a few things but mostly it is by searching the internet to find out how different parts are tested.

Sorry I can't be of any help.

Thanks anyway. Another frieng gave me some info on places that re-wire small transformers. I'll try there. George

Would you possibly know where I might be able to get a copy of the manual for an A-1T?

I know this is a really old post, but would you happen to still have the pdf for the Watchmaster A-1T? I sure could use one.

Thanks

Doug

I will need to find it, I changed PC's since then but it is on another drive. I need to dig it out, but I am sure it is still on it.

Tom, how do you find someones profile in order to find their email address? I would also like to be able to find all the posts done by an individual member, but haven't been able to figure that out either Confused
