I know we have a list around here for mainspring part numbers but I cant find it. Does anyone know the part no. for a replacement mainspring for my Elgin? 18s 19j BWR. Aaron, You need a #1956 spring if it's a safety barrel. Drop me an email with your address and I will send you one, no charge. It's NOS with slight surface rust in spots but should clean up okay.
