is very hard to get to.I have to use a small sharp
object to pull it out to setting position.It is a sig.2 ina model 2 case and 080 dial.any suggestions?

Hi Roger

Please see the below pics

There is a screw that holds the lever in place (usually has a blue head)

So, you would have to remove the movement from the case, remove hands, dial, etc..
