It looks like a Bergeon, which is a very nice, but pricy, mainspring winder. They have several different barrel assortments. Some assortments focused on wristwatch sizes, some were for pocketwatch sizes. The sticker was probably a local supply house that resold items from the main supplier.

Nice find!

Looks like you got a nice B-Day present. By the Way... Happy Birthday. To give you an idea of what these things go for new, CasKer sells a set of 7 for $317 and a set of 17 for $680.
