It looks like a Bergeon, which is a very nice, but pricy, mainspring winder. They have several different barrel assortments. Some assortments focused on wristwatch sizes, some were for pocketwatch sizes. The sticker was probably a local supply house that resold items from the main supplier. Nice find! Mike Miller | ||||
