Is there a way to identify a watch crystal as to fitting a open face or hunter.Is there a marking on the label that identifies which type of watch.

open face is thicker glass hunter is thin and almost flat
left side open face right side hunter glass

Mario, generally the Open Face watches have a crystal 1.5-3.0 mm thick. Hunter Crystals are usually 0.25-0.75 mm thick and NEVER over 1.0 mm.
