Can anyone tell me how to open it...I purchased this from Denise a few days ago. I received it from Denise a few days ago.. Denise said it was working fine.. So.... I need to open it up and find out what happened to it...

Any thoughts?

I've worked on few of these ball pendants and most are a two-piece split case. Usually takes a fine bench knife blade to open them.
