Is there any way of tightening a loose snap-on, gold-filled wristwatch case back. Mine goes on and stays on OK, but is loose and can be rotated. Dan.

Hi Dan, You could run a mill-grain tool around the underside lip of the bezel or case back. The mill-grain tool is essentially a hand held micro knurler, used in jewelry work. This works well when just a bit more grip is wanted. The marks left are very subtle and the process is simple and less perilous than burnishing or attempting to reform the case. -Cort
