I just bought a small bottle of Anchor hair spring solution. The bottle has a dropper style nozzle. How is this solution used?

Donald this is for cleaning hairsprings i have never used this brand what i use is a product called one dip which comes in a pint sized container. If you have a hairsping with oil the coils will stick together making the watch run fast..what i do is place some one dip in a small metal container and dip the hairsping in the solution too remove the oil.. Thanks Sammie, this is a tiny container with a nozzle that will dispense a drop at a time. I guess that a drop or two on a hairspring and a little blowing off with air might work.
