992B in model 2 case "Click" to Login or Register

Do we know when the last model 2 992B watches were produced? I have them listed in the 1949 catalog. Did they last into the 1950S? Was the 950B ever cased in a gold filled version of model 2? The same catalog only lists it in a solid gold case.

William,
Our good member Jim Haney has a 992b box and label with the following information which dates to 1954 according to the Hamilton serial number records:

Movement-----C413843
Case s/n------J393997
Dial-----------121
Case Model----Mod 2

All of my Hamilton catalog RR pages that advertises the 950B in the #2 case, are available only in 14k solid gold also, of course, I don't have all the catalogs.

Robert
