Unknown Swiss Made Pocket Watch "Click" to Login or Register

Can anyone identify this Swiss Made movement? It is marked 3 adjutments and is housed in an English made 10k GF case. The outside dimensions of the case is 50mm.

I note the watch is marked as 3 adjustments, which I believe is uncommon for a 7 jewel watch. Comments on this aspect of the watch would be welcomed.
