any markings on the movement under balance wheel?
or on dust cover?

nothing on the dust cover, dial, or mvmt.
It's not mine and I do not have the ability to look under the balance, I was hoping it would be standoutish enough to identify by appearance.
I looked in Shugarts and thought it looked very similar to an IWC, but for sure I don't know.
It could be just a generic swiss ebauch.

Have you lifted the dial Bill, sometimes you can get an identification mark there on swiss movements.
