what letter is under the balance it looks like
P or F
if P its made by Peseux
if F is made by Felsa
and the numbers represents the caliber of the movement

Thanks Peter, that's more than I could even find out on the internet.
I suppose it is a fairy common movement. I'll have to look more closely, but my guess now is that its a Peseux 7056.

What does this mean: date: set by changing 19:15-24h.
Is there a quick way to set the date?
I've owned this watch for quite some time, but have misplaced the instructions.

once date is change go to one o'clock and them back to 9 and forward pass 12 and see if that works as quick set
