Is there someone out there that can help me with info on the Paul Vallette Chronograph. Desirability, Value, etc.

David...I do not have this watch in hand (will have on Monday) Found it at a obscure on-site auction and bid as a absentee bidder. Oh The Pitfalls of Auction Buying...I could not find much information thus my question in the forum...I believe this is only a split second chronograph and not a repeater.

Any experience with this particular name..I do understand it was made by Heuer (prior TAG).
