Hello, I have never seen one of these before
Can one of our experts I/D this for me, I picked this up on Ebay as a working movement, and i am curious as to its functions, Thanks Les

It looks to be a micro-adjust regulator. It allows for very small adjustments.

As Roger stated, it's a micrometer regulator.
This one's a bit different to the norm, and a type usually fitted to movements superior in quality to the norm.

You may want to check out Michael's topic here - it uses exactly the same type reg arrangement on an unidentified type, and also Ethan's C.H. Meylan!
