Les, As Roger stated, it's a micrometer regulator. This one's a bit different to the norm, and a type usually fitted to movements superior in quality to the norm. You may want to check out Michael's topic here - it uses exactly the same type reg arrangement on an unidentified type, and also Ethan's C.H. Meylan! Look after that watch!
