I am trying to catalog Meylans. So far, I have rarely seen two with identical movements, making my cataloging efforts definitely a work in progress.

The watch missing a regulator spring in the thread Jerry sent you is close to yours, but missing the screwed down chatons. I am attaching a picture of a nearly identical movement that sold recently on eBay. It is marked C.H. Meylan, or at least I think I can make that out if I enlarge the photo.
