Tavannes Watch Co. "Click" to Login or Register

A friend has a Tavannes which is a family heirloom, and he has asked me about the history of Tavannes. The watch itself is nice, .800 silver case, 18 ligne 15 jewel movement in apparent good condition, and dial and hands that suggest the 1920's. But I have nothing about Tavannes. Can one of the assembly suggest a reference that will give some history of the company?
