Anyone know if this Tiffany is actually a Patek ?

I know they had made watches with this type of regulator but weren't the only co. to do so. I'm in need of a movement so any help would be much appreciated .

Tiffany, not Patek. Should be worth more than a Patek but few agree with me. It was made in Tiffany's Geneva Factory in the late 1860's or early 1870's. The regulator is Wilmot's patent.

Here is an example that was in my collection until I sold it a little over a year ago. This is an old picture, so the color is a little off.
