I was able to purchase this clock, the dial is labeled Ball Watch Co. It looks are far as I can tell just like the one Steve Middlesworth posted.

It also has the Ball paper label in the case behind the pendulum. From looking at Steve's & mine his lists the Ball offices as Cleveland, Chicago & Winnipeg. Mine was before the Winnipeg office apparently since it not listed. The brown spots are residue of plastic wood, according to the instruction on the label that after the clock is hung & straight a screw is inserted through the case near the bottom. This keeps the clock straight when you open the door to wind. At some point some one filled in the hole with plastic wood & was over careful with it.

It has an 8-day Seth Thomas 41A movement. According to the date stamp on the back of the case the clock was made January of 1910

The clock case is about 24" tall by 16" wide, the dial is 12". The person I got it from had been told that this came from the railroad yard in Albina Oregon but there is no proof. Thanks for looking. Tom
