From the pictures can you tell me which Ball Waltham is this.

I am looking at page 156 of the 2012 Guide, is this the Ball Stirrup Style Case?

Your case is definitely an American Ball case, but it doesn't have the proper bow, the correct Stirrup Bow would look like this.

The watch dial in your photos is definitely the Canadian Ball Watch Co. type of dial with the block lettering, here is one that is Montgomery with the red 24 hour inner tract.

THe big question does anyone have the Stirrup Bow for the Ball Watch?

I found one once on eBay years ago, I don't know what else to suggest, maybe just list it under the "WANTED TO BUY" column.
