Your case is definitely an American Ball case, but it doesn't have the proper bow, the correct Stirrup Bow would look like this.

The watch dial in your photos is definitely the Canadian Ball Watch Co. type of dial with the block lettering, here is one that is Montgomery with the red 24 hour inner tract.
