This may be the information you seek. It is a link I found in the web. However it is just a guess on my part. I just looked up the Kay Company since that is what it says on the movement.

As far as the movement I show it as a model 7 grade 306 made in 1918 pendant set.

In the gold book it states that the dial would be double sunk & marked Electric Railroad Standard.

Thanks Tom The dial is actually a decent double sunk Illinois dial. So there goes my profit!!! Razz
