I can't tell you much, but Shugart's book says it's a model 2, and made about 1885 from the serial number.

According to my "American Clock & Watch Museum; "Seth Thomas Watches, 1885 - 1915"
This is a Model 2 Hunting, of a 17 20, or 21 Jewel movement with 3/4 Plate Nickel Construction.
