Hi Jimmy,
The Baylor Watch Company has been discussed a little bit here on our forum at:

https://ihc185.infopop.cc/eve/f...arch&reqWords=baylor

It apparently is Swiss made and of low end quality. Personally, I would be concerned about availability of parts, overall condition of the watch/dial, and its ability to increase or even hold its value as an investment. Of course the case and watch chain might be worth $100 by themselves, but we know nothing about them.

I would think you could invest your $100 better on a watch being auctioned off right here on our IHC auctions. Be patient. I'm sure something will come along here soon that you will like and from a seller you can trust and ask questions.

You see Baylor and Buren on ebay at times and usually the case is what give the watch it's value. I bought a Buren Grand Prix in mainliner style JBoss case for about $50 since the case was in extremely good condition and could be used elsewhere. I agree with Mike, maybe $100 for the case and chain, if both are nice quality gold or goldfill, if not I would probably take a pass on it.
