For "remontoir", see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remontoire: "Many French and Swiss pocketwatches after 1860 were stamped on the back with the word Remontoire. This merely meant that it didn't have to be wound with a key ... but these watches usually do not contain a remontoire as the word is used today."
"spiral Breuguet" must mean a Breuget overcoil on the hairspring.

It seems you travelled with open eyes and open mind
David: The movement is a mediocre swiss made and I would date it 1890 - 1900; beside the crest (are there any markings on the case?) the better thing about this watch is the colour inlaid dial without visible damage (this type of numerals is mostly found on 8-day visible balance watches (Hebdomas) or on the Roskopf watches (the european kind of dollar watch (simplified)). Keyless (Remontoir) straight line lever (ancre ligne droite) means that escapement wheel, lever pinion and balance are lined up straight <--> side lever (ancre ligne rectangulaire).
Regards Gerald
