Just came across this dial is it Dueber/Hampden

Peter You have a dial used on Hampdens 2nd model 16s 17j adjusted watch known as a model 106. This was a railroad grade watch. The hampden company used the flag symbol to denote the grade of the watch and the emblem would have been on the movement and the dial, although you could have whatever dial you wished. Dials such as yours are hard to find. They may not be rare but in my experience a dial like yours is as hard to find as a marked 60 hour Bunn dial but much less expensive.
