From what I can tell it's a Ball/Waltham, Model 1899.
looking at "beginning to end" it confirms my suspisions. EA 150.
Ball by American Waltham Watch Co., 16s, OF, Nickel, Model 1899, Pendant or Lever Set, 3/4 plate, official Standard.

A nice Waltham Ball if I am reading the serial number correctly. I noticed that there is some reddish stuff on the main wheel but the winding wheel looks quite nice. A very nice watch.

Dial. this is a Ball model case, wrong bow? Correct hands and dial for a Waltham Ball, I think. Comments good or bad.
