Peter that s/n traces to a 1895 production Grade 110, 16 size, 7 Jewel Lever set Hunter case Model 1 Illinois movement. Last winter I restored an Open face Model 2 of this type and quickly learned that so few were made caused great difficulty replacing the very fragile wind and set wheel. The pic below is a collage of the movement I did and a Gilded one like yours along with the fragile part that you must be very careful with. I sent this pic to a friend who helped me acquire a good replacement part.
