I recently purchased an exceptionally nice Hampden 18s Special Railway. I do not know the last serial number on the 23j 18s SR,s but this one is 3357183 and that seems like a late number to me. Certainly the nicest SR I have ever had the pleasure of owning. Deacon

Deacon, I looked in the blue book and 3357001 - 8000 looks like the last run of Hampden 18s done between 1917 and 1919. The recorded serial numbers are a mix of 23 and 21 Jewel Special Railways and John Hancocks. How about some pics?
