Just curious to know if anyone can tell me the total production of Model 1892 pendant set 'Crescent Street' walthams, most I have seen are lever set.

Bila, just taking the numbers from the Waltham on-line database for Crescent Streets there were 11560 watches in runs identified as pendant set, 51642 in runs identified as lever set and 7616 in runs where set method was not identified. These numbers are subject to the fact that Waltham was known for mixing things up in their runs including grades and # of jewels so I imagine the same applies to setting method. Even so the ratio of lever to pendant looks like it is about 4.5 to 1.
