Illinois Watch Company was acquired by Hamilton Watch Company in 1927. Hamilton operated the Illinois plant until 1932, when the plant closed. Hamilton continued to sell watches with the Illinois name until 1939. Were the Illinois watches produced by Hamilton after 1932 different from the Hamilton's own watches? | |||
