Interesting 24 hour Elgin dial "Click" to Login or Register

This is a very curious dial. It is about an 8 size 24 hour Elgin dial and is made for a true 24 hour movement, but what Elgin grade movement does it fit?

hi Ernie: what about a rare 12 size listed as "24 hour dial in one revolution" page 189,in the 2010 Complete Price Guide to Watches so i guess the movement is as rare as hen's teeth Smile

What are the dial feet positions, maybe can narrow it down some by that.
