I found this ultra clean, one of a gazillion 12s 17J Adj Elgin in an antique store called Gma's Attic... It even looked like Gma's attic

Dial, has acrylic crystal... should be a straight forward fix.

Monogram actually says WHW if you cross your eyes and move in and out of focus long enough to see it.

Found this real quick..instructor, class of 1918. Ontario agricultural college, didnt have time to check if it was Ontario, ca or someplace else, 0400 wake up call tomorrow. If it was the grannies attic in temecula, it would be close enough to ontario if its the same place
